while this is a great site for a chromebook user - i think i've tried this in the past for this particular use case and it doesn't result in a mp4 video that youtube will accept for a video upload. (as essentially you need to edit a mp4 'video' with at least a static image with audio attached, rather than merely a 'mp4 audio only file')
